Our model answers the majority of the problems encountered by homeowners who have hired Third Party companies or counseling centers to represent them.

Better Communication

Our model requires no drain on your time since the client is direct contact with the lender and doesn’t need regular follow up. Whenever documentation is required, the client knows directly rather than going through 5 layers of management to find out.

When utilizing Law Firms or Modification Companies, each time something is required, the lender has to contact the mitigator/negotiator at the that  company. They have to tell the processor, who tells the intake person, who tells the sales agent who contacts you. Once the item is received, the same communication takes place in reverse. Not very efficient. Since there is no one in the way between the client and their lender communication is much more efficient. No middle man. Also, no one is as motivated as the client is. It’s their home, their mortgage and they have to live with the result. 

Less Time                       

Poor communication (outlined above) is a major cause of this.  Very few lenders or mitigation companies have any structured systems. This causes follow up problems, loss of documents and a lot of frustration. Because the client is in charge in direct contact, this problem is eliminated. The process will be significantly less time consuming if either of our software packages are utilized.  

Lower Cost

Most Third party companies charge between $2,500 to $3,500. Attorneys typically charge more. Most of these organizations have layers of sales people, processors, negotiators that all have to get paid.  Our basic package of course is free and our premium package is a fraction of the least expensive 3rd party negotiators.  

Realistic Expectations

Most of the loan modifications have been driven by 3rd party companies. Since they are trying to defend or sell a service for thousands they have to justify the cost and outcome to the client. Whatever savings a homeowner would get would be the same as if they do on their own with the right support. Many of the sales people who work for or represent these 3rd Party companies have untrained sales people and desperate for their next paycheck. Not the kind of representation that anyone would want to protect their biggest asset (the home) and biggest liability (the mortgage). The Most Consumer Friendly

For all the reasons outlined above, difficult communications, the length of time to complete, the cost and poor outcome, loan modifications have the reputation of being difficult. We don’t paint an unrealistic picture that it’s simple and doesn’t require perseverance, because that is not the case. All we can tell clients is that based on the experience of the many others who have done this on their own, they shouldn’t expect the same poor experiences that others have endured.
